Billy was able to come to my newly closed home on relatively short notice and re-key all of the locks and deadbolts I needed on a number of doors. Not a cheap process by any means, but his prices were fair and he explained the pricing to me before and during, including some modifications in the pricing that had to be made when he actually showed up and reviewed the situation. I appreciated the transparency. If I need a locksmith again in the future, I'll definitely be seeing if Billy is available as I love supporting a smaller local operation.

Billy is a savior. We traveled internationally only to land in Cleveland and find my car key is across the ocean in Europe. He came quickly on a holiday to the airport parking to make us a whole new key. He was quick and we were out of there in no time. His customer service was also very kind and warm.
